Please note: Coaches must be a registered Coach / Teacher with the School / Club . Parents will not be issued Coaches passes. If you have athletes who also assist with Coaching, please do not list them on this form - they will be issued a Competitors pass for the Event. You may submit a maximum of 2 Coaches per team and 1 Coach per soloist / audition athlete entered.
